Background

CFD Services

CFD is an established powerful computational tool for high accuracy engineering analysis. This capability is achieved by solution of the fundamental equations describing fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. The liquid or gas motion over or through any product or system can be simulated enabling flow parameters (e.g., pressures, velocities, temperatures) throughout the flow field to be readily quantified and graphically visualized.

CFD simulation of complex flow systems and structures provides tremendous value by significantly increasing both the level of information available and also understanding of flow phenomena, to companies either developing flow-based products or tackling an existing fluid dynamics problem or a structural problem.

Sukra Infotek are experts in fluid dynamics, solid mechanics & heat transfer. We have extensive experience in applying state-of-the-art CFD methods to solve complex real-world flow, structural and thermal problems within a broad range of high technology industries, including oil & gas, aerospace, naval, built environments, water treatment, renewables, turbomachinery, and power generation, among others.

Throughout your entire product development, product design and QC process, Sukra Infotek’s CFD consulting team can help you achieve effective product performance and quality levels and also help optimize your product designs and manufacturing methods.

We provide low cost and professional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) consulting services worldwide. Using the power of the internet we are able to participate in your design projects just as effectively as being in your office. We help solve all types of mechanical engineering and structural engineering analysis problems.

Why CFD?

  • Development Cost Reduction: Using physical experiments and expensive CFD simulations are relatively inexpensive, and costs are likely to decrease as computers become more powerful
  • Quick Assessment of Design Variations: CFD simulations can be executed in a short period of time. Engineering data can be introduced early in the design process.
  • Comprehensive Information: Experiments only permit data to be extracted at a limited number of locations in the system (where sensors and gauges are placed). CFD allows the designer to examine any location in the region of interest, and interpret its performance through a set of thermal and flow parameters.
  • Multifarious Simulation: Many flow and heat transfer processes cannot be easily tested. CFD provides the ability to theoretically simulate any physical condition. CFD allows great control over the physical process, and provides the ability to isolate specific phenomena for study.
  • Reduced risk of failure by finding and solving problems before manufacture
  • Improved product performance

Why Sukra Infotek?
